This open-source dataset consists of 50 dialogic interactions with texts in English, concerning healthcare-related customer service scenarios.

Sample:

A – Line Operator, B – Customer
A: Hello, I am [Operator_Name]*. How may I help you?
B: Good morning. I would like to make an appointment with Doc. Li.
A: Do you mean that you want to make an appointment for your child? It is peds-out clinic.
B: Oh, yes. My daughter is 4 years old. And she has has diarrhea since yesterday.
A: Doc. Li is not on duty today. Do you want to change to another pediatrician or will you come here tomorrow?
B: Let me see… Another doctor is fine. We will be there 2 pm today. Is that available?
A: Yes, of course. Did you take your daughter’s temperature since yesterday?
B: Yes. Her temperature is normal.
A: I got it. Please keep monitoring her temperature and nurse may like to have her stool examined when you come here. Just let you know.
B: Thanks. We will be there on time.
A: See you.
