This open-source dataset consists of 50 dialogic interactions with texts in Mandarin Chinese, concerning finance-related customer service scenarios.

A: 您好,您需要办理什么业务?
B: 我拿到了上个月开的信用卡,想问一下信用卡怎么使用?
A: 您需要先激活信用卡才可以使用,激活信用卡可以直接拨打信用卡背面上的客服电话,然后听语音提示激活即可。
B: 信用卡去线下商场可以使用吗?
A: 激活后可以在线下商城里购物、吃饭,只要商家有pos机,一般都可以刷信用卡。
B: 线上购物怎么使用?
A: 信用卡可以绑定在支付宝、微信等软件上用于网上购买商品支付。
B: 刷卡之后要立即还上吗?
A: 只要在每个月还款日期之前还就可以,记得不要逾期,否则影响征信。
B: 好的,谢谢。
